An Army sergeant waterboarded his 4-year-old daughter because she would not recite her ABCs. The sergeant has been arrested and is currently on $10,000 bail after his arraignment.
In a related story, Dick Cheney announced once again his unqualified support for waterboarding. He was not arrested.
